• Job Ads and Courses are created and provided by third parties over whom arteksns exercises no control; you acknowledge and understand that arteksns has no control over the content of Job Ads and Courses, links to or from Job Ads and courses, or any conditions third parties might impose once a Job Seeker has applied or left the Site.

• If you have registered with arteksns and have uploaded your Résumé, you agree that your resume data can be associated with your profile on arteksns. You can provide information about your arteksns Profile, such as your Resume, your scores on any Assessments you may have taken, your desired job title, job types, work schedule, and whether you are available to work on the mentioned pay. Unless otherwise specified on the Website, arteksns will make your profile information available to third parties, such as employers.

• Users are obligated to use arteksns solely to apply for jobs, enroll for Courses, write blogs, apply to the Mentorship Program, etc. Using content from the Website for derivative works with a commercial motive is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from arteksns Pvt. Ltd.

• There should not be any material or information uploaded, posted, transmitted, published, or distributed on the website that is unlawful or considered harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or offensive in any way.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user ID and password and all activities and transmissions through their user ID.
