Our training program runs regularly throughout the year and is available to early career cohorts who will be directly trained by the Artek team in offerings including programming, core team-working and soft skills, bespoke packages and general business, change project and technical skills. It’s an 8-12 week experience with training placements and a balance of mentor sessions, instructor-led courses and self-learning programmes depending upon the semester session being run.

Our specialised training program is aimed at accelerating students' career growth. It includes hands-on experience and an opportunity to help participants gain practical experience in a real-world setting, enhancing their resumes for a competitive job market. During the program, students spend the initial 4 weeks learning essential concepts with a placement organisation, followed by developing an end-to-end application. Upon successful completion, they receive a LinkedIn reference and commendation, together with ongoing commitment to provide tailored reference responses upon request from prospective employers.
